This sphere grants the continuous use of a familiar pocket spell. When the familiar occupies a familiar ball, it glows a color of that familiar’s master’s choice. If the familiar ball leaves the master’s possession, any familiar occupying it is immediately expelled. This could be an unpleasant experience for a would-be pickpocket, particular if the familiar comes from a list in the Improved Familiar feat.
